Our story began in Lebanon, where our grandparents built a family tradition around the art of baking. They passed their passion and recipes down to our uncles, who then shared that same knowledge with us.
Growing up, the four of us worked alongside our family in their bakeries, learning the craft and traditions that shaped who we are today.
When our journey brought us to America, our passion for baking continued. After gaining experience in American bakeries, we had a vision: bring together the authentic flavors of Lebanon and the creativity of American cuisine.
